Returns & Exchanges Timeline
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened containers of lubricants and greases
- Tools showing signs of use or installation attempts
- Custom or special order items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our tool-obsessed support team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs fees or import taxes
- Clearly marking the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective tool (though we check each one before shipping):
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund at your preference
