International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for:

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our tools like we stand behind our bikes – with complete confidence. If any product doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process gets you back on track quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For workshop safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened containers of lubricants and greases
  • Tools showing signs of use or installation attempts
  • Custom or special order items

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement once the return is received
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective tool (though we check each one before shipping):

  2. We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
